How To Install GTA 5 VISA 3 MOD On Your Android
First download these files:

Note: if usercloud link dont work for you just use a proxy or vpn.
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
1. Download All files from above links.
2. Open es file manager and go to the location where you have downloaded the files and extract them.
3. Install GTA SA.apk
4. Now Extract Game Data zip then open the folder you will see a folder named com.rockstargames.gtasa copy the folder and paste it in /SD card/Android/Data folder. then Run game.
5. Play it for some time and after that close the game.
6. Now extract visa mod 3, using es file explore.
7. 'After extracting you will get 'Gta S.A Final Visa 3' like this folder open it and find 'com.rockstargames.gtasa' this folder
8. Copy folder and paste it in /SD card/Android/Data and overwrite the files.
9. Done.
10. Now open game and play.
Note: If in internal storage android/data/ there a folder named com.rockstargames.gtasa deleted that 1st
