Lava Mobiles’ has launched the Android v4.4.2 KitKat upgrade for one of its hottest selling models Lava Iris 504q+.
for upgrading Lava Iris 504Q+ to KitKat
Please follow the below steps to download the correct version of the software for your device via your personal computer:
NOTE: You phone should be non rooted and on stock recovery.

a) Check the software version available on your device:
  • Go to Menu - Settings - About phone - Build number

b) Note the Build number.
c) Download the update.zip file according to your phone’s build number no on your computer
  1. S008- Version 1
  2. S012- Version 2
d) Transfer this file to your phone’s SD card
e) Once copied follow the following steps to upgrade:
  • Go to Menu - Settings - About phone - Software update
